Bojono's opened in 1996 with a
plan to make the best pizza, pasta and sandwiches in the neighborhood.
The idea was to make everything as fresh as possible. We've stayed true
to that plan since opening. We still make our crusts by hand
right in our kitchen. The sausage we use on our pizzas is made there
too. All of the pasta sauces are made from scratch as are the soups, salads
and dressings. We feel that the extra effort it takes to produce items
from scratch is worth it and we think our customers appreciate it too.
And while some of our menu items are not made in house, you can be
assured that we only buy top quality and add our own special touches to
them. |
